You see here some quartered plantain with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.

Prepare by first spritzing the plantain with some grapeseed oil, or your favorite fake butter.

Then season with the salt and pepper and a touch of cinnamon.

Bake for about 15 minutes at 350. As soon as you smell the cinnamon, then start taking a look at the oven.

Don’t overcook.
